• A print collection kit will be mailed to you within three working days of placing your order.
• Please allow four weeks from the date we receive your prints for return of your finished product.
• Key chain; Please allow six weeks from the date we receive your prints for finished product.
• Finished product will be returned via UPS (ground insured) unless you select alternative.

Insurance/Liabilities
All items shipped from Meadow Hill are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Meadow Hill of the merchandise in its original condition. Meadow Hill is proud to offer the finest quality available. The American Assay & Gemological Office laboratories are recognized around the world as the finest in gemological education and gem grading. Meadow Hill, its appointees, and agents are not responsible for possible dissimilarities and/or differences that could appear from repeated examinations or as a result of other methods applied. Meadow Hill presents these Grading Reports to the client solely for his own use and shall not be held responsible for any claim whatsoever that may be made on the basis of these evaluations.
