Cora J. Ramm, age 82, beloved sister and aunt, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022 at Hospice of the Western Reserve after an extended illness. She was born in Andover, Ohio on March 4, 1940. She was predeceased by her parents, Floyd and Wilma Schnegg Ramm and by her brother, Floyd J. Ramm. Cora graduated from Andover High School in 1958 and received a BS in Education from Bowling Green State University in 1961. She was a teacher and school librarian for the Mentor School District and a Lake County resident for many years. In later years, Cora received an MS in Education from Edinboro University and a Masters in Library Science from Kent State University. She was a member of several local and national teacher organizations. In retirement, Cora was a Board of Elections Poll Worker and sang many years with “The Messiah Chorus of Lake County.” She attended Pilgrim Lutheran Brethren Church in Mentor, Ohio. Survivors include her sister, Ellen (Clayton) Heath of The Villages, FL; niece, Jennifer Morley of Woodinville, WA; nephew, Jeffrey (Judith) Heath of N’Djamena, Chad; great-nieces and great-nephews, Paul (Rachel) Morley, Mark Morley, Scott Morley, Katherine (Daniel) Clark, and Stephanie Heath.
