Jo-Ann Heath Collingwood Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jo-Ann Heath Collingwood, age 78 of Mentor, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022, at David Simpson Hospice House, Cleveland. She was born in Cleveland on January 29, 1944. Mrs. Collingwood was a long-time resident of Mentor and a 1962 graduate of Mentor High School. Following high school, she attended Bowling Green State University. She enjoyed various crafts, especially scrapbooking. But her passion was creating and enjoying beautiful gardens with a wide variety of flowering plants. Her professional career was mostly in office management in the medical field for over 40 years. Survivors include her son: Thomas A. Collingwood and long-time partner (Shin Kyong Suk), sister: Jacquie (Michael) Patrick: nephew and niece: Kyle (Marissa) Leppert, Kirsten (Leo) Kowalyk, and cousins: Gail Lowe, Audrey (Ralph) Forrest, Amy Orasko, and Ross Johnson (deceased). Proceeding Jo-Ann’s death are her parents: Lida May and Lionel Heath. A graveside service will be 11:30 am, Friday, April 8, 2022 at Mentor Cemetery, 6881 Hopkins Rd., Mentor, OH.
