Louise M. (Richardson) Singer

April 4, 1931 - January 16, 2022

Louise M. (Richardson) Singer, age 90, of Eastlake, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 peacefully at her home. She was born April 4, 1931 in Oak Park, IL. Louise was a spunky homemaker who enjoyed gardening and caring for an array of plants and flowers. If you ever had a plant question, Louise was your go to girl! Many afternoons, you could find her relaxing watching her favorite shows, Court TV, Chicago PD, and Dr. Phil. For those of us that knew Lousie, we could all agree that she was a little stubborn and ornery! She would often use phrases like “I don’t need that, those are for old people!” But more importantly, we also know that she was a very caring soul. When Louise would be out and about with her daughter, Robyn, she would always reach out to help strangers, even when her own mobility was limited. Wherever she went, she would make people laugh and smile with her wit and sarcastic sense of humor. Louise took pride in her appearance. She would never leave the house without her lipstick on and hair done (even when masks were required). Louise was truly one of a kind and will be missed by many. Her spirit and memory will live on through those who loved her. Surviving Louise are her children: Robyn S. Paterniti and Keith (Gwen) Bishop; grandchildren: CJ (Casey) Paterniti, Shaun (Chelsea) Paterniti, Dustin (Cortney) Paterniti and Cody (Nicki) Paterniti, Keith and Terry Bishop, Christy (Josh) Javins, Patricia (Russ) Hahn, John (Karin) Scott and Debra Brown; great-grandchildren: Amelia, Paige, Hayden, Braelynn, Averie, Sawyer, Hendryx, Jade, Amanda, Jenna, Savannah, Joshy and Jeffery; siblings: Patricia (Noelle) Nevarez, Judy (Tom) Keller, Kurt and Greg Wilson and her loving caring Angels: Rose and Koey. Preceding Louise in death are her children: Sandra Berkowitz and Michael J. Bishop; grandsons: Michael Bishop and Matthew Berkowitz; parents: Tucker Richardson and Margaret Wilson and sister: Kim Tice. A Celebration of Louise’s life will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday February 11, 2022 at Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH. 44060.
