Margaret "Maggie" (McMillan) Bilyk, age 64, of Mentor-on-the-Lake and
Mentor, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, at Hospice of the Western Reserve in
Cleveland. She was born Feb. 27, 1947, in Cleveland.
Mrs. Bilyk was a database administrator for Greater Cleveland
Volunteers. Prior to that, she work at TRW for many years. Maggie
belonged to a basket weaving club and single volunteers of Lake County.
Survivors include her children, Stephen M. (Vanessa) Bilyk of Willoughby
and Rebecca E. Bilyk of Kirtland; two granddaughters, Ruby and Stella
Bilyk; sister, Sally Mitchell of Mentor-on-the-Lake; and brothers, James
(Betsy) McMillan of Perry and Gregory McMillan of Columbus.
Maggie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rosemary
McMillan; and brother, Stephen McMillan.
A celebration of Maggie's life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday,
Feb. 9, 2012, at Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation
Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
