Nancy
Jean Hammond, 48, of Eastlake for the past 16 years, formerly of New York,
died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland.
She was born March 16, 1963, in Queens, N.Y.
Nancy was a homemaker dedicated to caring for her husband and children.
Survivors include her husband for 27 years, Mark A. Hammond; children,
Jared, Dylan, Logan and Olivia Hammond all living at home; parents, Pat and
Vinny Lofaro of Hicksville, N.Y.; brother, Vincent G. Lofaro of Hicksville,
N.Y.; parents-in-laws, Gene and Gerry Hammond of Erie, Pa.; brother-in-law,
Jeff Hammond of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and sister-in-law, Kathy (Mike) Seib
of Erie, Pa.
Celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, at
Willoughby Hills Friends Church, 2846 Som Center Road, in Willoughby Hills.
A reception to follow.
