Carol
Lentz, 61, of Mentor passed away Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012, at her home
surrounded by her loving family. She was born Aug. 2, 1950, in Cleveland.
Carol loved her family and her dear friends. She enjoyed shopping, bike
riding, the beach at Mentor Headlands and the outdoors.
Carol worked at Great Lakes Power for 20 years.
Survivors include her husband, James "Jimmy" Lentz; children, Traver
(Allison) Lentz, Robert (Erin) Lentz and Casey (Stephanie) Lentz;
grandchildren, Leighton and Tyler; father, Arnold "Bud" Woidtke; and
sisters, Barbara (William) Nagy, Janice (Jim) Bohinc and Marilyn (Ed) Ritz.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Woidtke.
A funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at St. John Vianney
Catholic Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor. (Please meet at church).
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Brunner Sanden
Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor. Burial
will take place at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
