Betty
Jane Linkous, age 81, of Kirtland for the past 57 years, passed away
Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.
She was born March 13, 1930.
Mrs. Linkous was a homemaker. She was a loving mother, who especially
enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors are her five children, Kathy Chick of Springhill, Tenn., Shirley
(Leroy) Hale of Chardon, Robert "Bob" (Annette) Linkous of Kirtland, David
(Angela) Linkous of Mentor and Janet (Tim) Carver of Chardon; 12
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Vivian Skelly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Gene" Linkous; and
daughter, Deb Linkous.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Brunner
Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral
home.
Interment will be in South Kirtland Cemetery in Kirtland.
