Janet Ann (Beerer) Wise

Janet Ann (Beerer) Wise, 81, of Eastlake, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on May 23, 2020. Born April 27, 1939 to the late Robert and Zoletta “Letty” Beerer in Cleveland, Ohio. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and neighbor, she is loved and will be greatly missed by her entire family and all who were blessed to know her. Janet was incredibly beautiful inside and out. She had the ability to welcome, befriend, comfort and make anyone feel special and loved. She was easy to talk to, witty, fun and silly. She loved to laugh, have fun and spend time with her family. She lived and shared her strong Christian faith, love of Jesus and believed and trusted in the power of prayer. Her family is her absolute pride and joy. She is forever, the heart of her family! Janet especially loved her cats: Toby, Mama, Cali & Pansy. Janet lived a full life and was always active. She was retired from Giant Eagle. She loved reading books and going to the library, arts and crafts, painting, creating floral arrangements, gardening and picnicking with her family. She loved roses, all things Victorian and angels. She loved to cook and bake and will be remembered for her homemade birthday cakes, many desserts and punch. She loved celebrating special occasions with her family, especially birthdays and the time-honored traditions of Christmas Eve. Her house was home to all who entered. She will forever be our “#1”. “Our Sunshine!” We know she is delighting and watching over us from the beauty and majesty of heaven. Janet leaves behind her devoted and loving husband of 62 years: Richard F. Wise Sr. Survivors include her children: Zoletta (Stephen) Manley, Carolyn (James) Rohrich, Richard (Susan) Wise Jr., Kathleen (Jeffrey) Brown, grandchildren: Regina (Mijo) Skrtic, Alisa (Martin) Bontrager, James Jr. (Jessica) Rohrich, Jonathon (Angelica) Rohrich, Stephanie and Nicole Manley, Marisa (James) Coyne, Leah Wise and Miranda Brown, great-grandchildren: Alexa and Michael Skrtic, Aubrey, Lily and James., siblings: Ronald and Stephen Beerer, Susan Medley and many other dear family members, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Robert Jr, Thomas and Jack Beerer.
