William E. "Rosey" Rosati Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

William E. “Rosey” Rosati, age 85, of Mentor on the Lake, formerly of Clarksville, PA, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Metro Rehab Center, Cleveland, OH. He was born February 20, 1937 in Luzerne Twp, PA. Mr. Rosati was retired from the Lake County Treasurers Office, prior to that he worked as an Electrician in the private sector for years and an Electrician for LTV. Rosey was a member of The Col. Justice M. Chambers Marine Corps League Detachment and Amvets Post 109. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and visiting the local wineries. He enjoyed spending time with the Good Old Boys. Surviving William are his children: Bruce Rosati, Toni Rosati and Laura (Cecil) Jeffrey; grandchildren: Gregory (Jessica) Pealer, Brittany Pealer and Lee “Guido” Hrovat; great-grandchildern: Anna Marie and Scarlett Rose Pealer and Nolan “Cash” Lively; life partner of 32 years Nancy Slack and former son in law: Michael Hrovat. Preceding William in death are his wife: Georgetta Rosati, father: Frank Rosati; mother: Anna Petrosky and brother: Frank Rosati. The family will receive friends 4:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday July 5, 2022 at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor, OH 44060. A memorial service will be 7:00 pm Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the funeral home. A private Inurnment will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chesterland.
