Urn Vaults

An urn vault provides protections to your loved one's cremated remains and the urn they are in and also supports the weight of the earth around the grave. Some Northeast Ohio cemeteries will require that the urn be placed into an urn vault (your Funeral Director will determine this for you). An urn vault is also beneficial because it can serve as a "time capsule" once the cremation urn, photos, mementos, etc. are placed inside. The cost of urn vaults varies.
